President's Report

Highlights of the February 8 Board Meeting: 

Treasurers report - showed that all necessary reports have been filed with the state and a  consult with a CPA indicates our financial records are okay.

Membership Report:  We have reclaimed many of our missing members and added a few new ones.  Membership is now up to 100 .

Insurance:  The Board voted to consolidate all insurances with one carrier, with a bike club insurance specialist.  We will carry general liability insurance for the club (rate of $1.47 per member) officers and directors insurance ($365 annually) and Delta Century insurance ($1.00 per rider). 

Award for Outstanding Service:  A plaque was presented for Don and Ginny Compton (absent) for their hosting of two Christmas Parties and the Ride to Honor Shig. To be presented at ride start on Saturday Feb 17.

Distribution of Newsletters:  Secretary Joni Bauer will assume the tasks of printing and distribution of the hard copy of the Newsletter.
